A & A STANDARD IN-HOUSE COMMERCIAL RATES

• 25% on the amount collected
• $75.00 if between $150.00 and $300.00 collected
• 50% if total collected is under $150.00
• 33 1/3% on all claims placed that are over one year old
• 50% on all foreign claims
• 50% on second referrals
• Merchandise return is one-half the normal collection fee
• Fee for proof that payment was made prior to placement is one-half the normal collection fee
• Minimum fees deductible from the first collection, but the total charges shall not exceed the regular rates.  If legal proceedings become necessary, disbursements and suit fee, if applicable, are additional.
